Tacoma Narrows Rotary Earns Award
The local organization was recognized for its vocational, community, international and club service.
I just got this e-mail from Scott Seitz of the , who wanted to share with UP Patch news about pretty prestigious honor that was recently bestowed on the group:
We had our District Governor Dr. Bob Martin present our president with the Rotary International’s Presidential Citation. This is a special award from Rotary International president to only those club’s who meet the many requirements in four areas of service: Vocational, Community, International and Club Service. Our District has 88 clubs and a little over 1/3 will receive the award this year.
