Today in UP: Sign Up for Swim Lessons at the Curtis Aquatic Center

Pre-registration for weekday morning swim lessons at the Curtis Aquatic Center begins Thursday, July 25th at 5 p.m. Open registration begins Friday, July 26 at 5 p.m.

Want to get your child swim lessons before the end of the summer? Now's the time to register.

The Curtis Aquatic Center offers weekday morning swim lessons to children with skill levels ranging from beginner to advanced.  

Classes are grouped into sessions that include seven half hour lessons, open to children ages 4 and up. Class sizes in levels 1-3 are limited to 8 students per half hour.

There are two separate registration cycles for each swim lesson session. Pre-registration begins Thursday, July 25th at 5 p.m. Open registration begins Friday, July 26 at 5 p.m. 
  • Pre-Registration - Available to parents of students enrolled in the most recent swim lesson session - Online Registration for levels 1-4 is also available from 5-9pm on the date of Pre-Registration
  • Open Registration - Available to the general public once pre-registration is complete - Online Registration is not available for Open Registration
