Suburban Times: University Place's Tierra Crockrell Featured On "Eric’s Little Heroes"

The girl with unbelievable athletic ability and an amazing story made KOMO television's weekly spotlight on young athletes.

At this rate, Tierra Crockrell will be winning Olympic gold before she graduates.

From junior high school.

The Suburban Times is reporting that the 9-year-old was featured on KOMO's "Eric's Little Heroes," the television station's weekly spotlight on exceptional young athletes.

In the video, Tierra — who has Olympic aspirations — is seen sprinting against, amazingly, college athletes. Absolutely amazing.

Congrats to Tierra and family on recognition. Your future looks golden.

Wow! I was a middle distance and long distance track and cross country runner for years back in school and I always admired the jumpers and the sprinters. I was always in awe of their athletic prowess, power, and speed (plus so exciting to watch). Tierra was AMAZING to watch. Gave me the chills! You go, girl! The best is yet to come for you!

Way to go Tierra! Several student athletes have made it to professional basketball, football, baseball and golf. And, you can make it to the Olympics! Keep making good grades in school and we will be rooting for you on the International stage of sport.
