Curtis Products Courtney Thompson and Aelish Lambert Help Club Capture National Title

They helped the Commencement Bay Rowing Club Women claim the national title at the US Rowing Youth National Championships last week in Oak Ridge, TN.

The Commencement Bay Rowing Club's Women's Youth 4+ (four with coxswain) has won a National Championship.

Curtis High products Courtney Thompson and coxswain Aelish Lambert, along with Rowers Kadie Brown, Kathleen Petrich and Natalie Reetz , claimed the title at the US Rowing Youth National Championships, June 8-10 in Oak Ridge, TN, with a first place finish time of  7:22.1 in the Grand Final.

CBRC is located on American Lake in Lakewood, WA and provides rowing programs for youth from area high schools and for adults.
