Curtis Prepares For Showdown With Hungry Auburn
Friday's game is a doozy, featuring two of the Top 10 high school teams in the state.
Plenty of eyes in the high school sports world will be focused on University Place on Friday, when the Curtis Vikings look to stay unbeaten against an Auburn Trojans team looking to rebound.
The Viks (5-0, 5-0 SPSL) are the No. 2-ranked team in the state in most polls and are coming off a dominating 48-7 win over Puyallup last week.
Auburn (4-1, 4-1 SPSL), on the other hand, is coming off a 19-7 loss at Kentwood. The Trojans, who are still considered one of the Top 10 teams in the state, is looking to get its league title hopes back on track with a victory.
