Curtis Controls Bellarmine Prep Early To Capture Third Straight West Central 4A District Tournament Title

Senior Dom Robinson, the only holdout from Curtis' deep playoff run two years ago, led the Vikings with 19 points.

KENT-Curtis used a 17-0 run early to cruise to another West Central District 4A Tournament title with a 53-29 trouncing of Bellarmine Prep on Monday night at the ShoWare Center.

Dom Robinson, the only player with meaninful minutes during the Vikings' deep run at state two years ago, led the team with 19 points and will be looked upon as a steady presence as the sxith-ranked team in the state embarks on another run.

The Vikings led the Lions 21-8 after the first quarter and took a 31-14 lead into halftime.
