Support The Curtis NJROTC By Going To Tonight's Tacoma Rainiers Game

The 2010 Pacific Coast League champs are offering a discounted ticket package, and part of the proceeds will benefit the NJROTC.

You can support the Navy Jr. ROTC while enjoying Tacoma Rainiers baseball in renovated .

The Seattle Mariners' AAA affiliate and next-door neighbor to University Place is honoring the student group with its very own night when it plays the Omaha Storm Chasers.

Best part: the night includes a discounted ticket package.

For only $15, you can get a reserved game ticket, a ballpark meal of a hot dog, chips and a beverage, a free NJROTC program and a free game program.

For every package sold, $5 will benefit the NJROTC program.

Other perks of the night include:

- A Curtis NJROTC cadet will throw out the ceremonial first pitch

- The NJROTC program will have its own booth on the concourse

- Pre-game autographs and a special in-game video recognition

- Friday Night Fireworks show after the game

For the NJROTC, getting a special night from the 2010 Pacific Coast League champions is special. Some of you might have caught members trying to sell tickets at last weekend's University Place Festival.

And who knows? You might catch the next Dustin Ackley or Felix Hernandez before they're called to The Show.
