Heart's & Soul Fitness

Participate in a fitness class that is designed just for Seniors (all ages are welcome.) 

Classes will help participants to reduce stress, renew energy, and relieve tension. Participants will improve their balance, agility, posture, gain strength and flexibility as well as experience the benefits of mindful movement (hand weights are used slowly with concentration and attention to breathing)
