The Vikings downed their non-league rival, 100-86 on Tuesday. BJ Woodburry out touched the Tides in the 200 free relay by splitting a 21.7, and the Vikings swept the 100 back and 100 breast with Jacob McGoogan and Garret Friedman in their final event.

Here's a recap of the ´╗┐Curtis High´╗┐ boys swim team's meet Tuesday night against Gig Harbor, courtesy of Coach Dennis Piccolotto:

Last night the Viking Boys Swim Team remained unbeaten by defeating non-league Rival, Gig Harbor, by a score of 100-86.

Things were much closer than the final score indicates, and with four events left, Curtis was actually down by 10 points. However, BJ Woodburry out-touched the Tides in the 200 free relay by splitting a 21.7, and the Vikings remarkably swept the 100 back and 100 breast with Jacob McGoogan and Garret Friedman both having unbelievable swims in their final event.

The last meet of the season is tomorrow night at Curtis, 6:30 p.m., against Todd Beamer.
