Gov. Jay Inslee is ordering Washington State and United States flags at all state agency facilities to be lowered to half-staff on Monday, June 10, in memory of Sen. Mike Carrell who died on May 29.
Flags should remain at half-staff until close of business on Monday, June 10 or first thing Tuesday morning, June 11.
