KemperSports Management posted a Craigslist ad earlier this month seeking candidates for a mechanic/equipment manager who will work one of professional golf's largest events.

Do you have at least a year's worth of experience with golf course equipment repair and/or auto repair?

What about a demonstrated ability to repair golf course equipment? Can you lubricate, service and repair, proactively, all golf course turf care?

Then you might consider applying to be a mechanic/equipment manager for the 2015 U.S. Open at Chambers Bay Golf Course here in University Place. KemperSports, which manages the course, posted an ad on Craigslist last week:

Chambers Bay 2010 US Amateur and the 2015 US Open Championships is currently accepting resumes for qualified prospective applicants who would like to be an integral part of our leadership team responsible for managing and improving the majesty and splendor of beatuiful Chambers Bay.

The successful candidate for this position will have a demonstrated ability for repair maintenance and operational up keep of high quality championship level turfcare equipment.
