University Place City Council Recognizes Jennifer Robinson

The recreation supervisor of the  has created programs and activities for the people whom she serves - many of whom are in their 70's, 80's and 90's.

On Monday, the University Place City Council recognized Robinson for her work, which earned her awards and honors from the Washington Recreation Parks Association and the Washington State Senior Center Association.

Gary Cooper, public works and parks and recreation director for University Place, as well as Mayor Debbie Klosowski, said none of UP's popular senior programs would resemble what they are today without Robinson.
