You'll get your chance Jan. 31, when Pierce County will hold an open house on the expansion.

The open house is scheduled from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., with a presentation starting at 6 p.m., at the Environmental Services Building in University Place.

Visitors can learn about construction impacts and schedule, features of the new treatment plant and get a primer on how wastewater treatment works.

The project manager, construction team and others will offer a presentation about the expansion's benefits to Pierce County.

Good presentation, with County, City, Engineers, and Contractor all in attendance, along with a few interested ratepayers..
