Thursday night, two activities will take place. Construction crews will mark broken pavement areas in the eastbound lanes across the bridge. Maintenance crews will also be on site to paint one of the bridge’s expansion joints.

The actual pavement repairs will be scheduled during dry nights the following week, and will require another triple-lane closure across the eastbound bridge.

The pavement repairs fall under the Tacoma Narrows Bridge pavement warranty and will be performed by design-builder Tacoma Narrows Constructors.
