Chambers Bay In Final Four Of Golf Digest's Best Public Course Tournament

In this round, the University Place golf course, home of the 2015 U.S. Open, faces Wolf Creek of Nevada. Fans can vote on Golf Digest's website.

Chambers Bay is in the Final Four.

The University Place Golf Course is still alive in Golf Digest's 100 Greatest Public courses contest, which is based solely on fan votes.

The host golf course of the 2015 U.S. Open and last year's U.S. Amateur has bested such courses as Pinehurst No. 2 and Longaberger.

But it's facing a stiff challenge from Wolf Creek of Nevada. At last check, it was trailing 24,430 votes to 20,799. In the other semifinal, Pacific Dunes of Bandon, OR is trailing Bulle Rock of Maryland.
