In 2009, while Lipscomb was employed at Stadium High School, he met C.J., who was 17-years-old at the time. Over the course of her senior year, she and the defendant had sex multiple times. The defendant asked her to keep it secret or he would lose his job. She agreed.

Then in June 2010, Lipscomb began spending time with T.H., who was 16 years old at the time. They met several times over the summer to have sex. When the school year began, he called her out of class to report to the security office once and sometimes twice a week. On one occasion, they had sex in his security office.

In December 2011, T.M., a 17-year-old student, was helping Lipscomb post paperwork in his office where they had sex. Court documents show he continued to pull her out of class, but they never had sex again. On one occasion, T.H. saw T.M. alone with the security guard and later told her that they had a sexual relationship, too. The next day, Lipscomb pulled the girls out of class and urged T.H. to deny everything.

In Jan. of 2012, the school contacted the Tacoma Police Department about the defendant's sexual misconduct with T.H. In the weeks following, both T.H. and T.M. disclosed that they had been in a sexual relationship with Lipscomb. On Jan. 27, 2012, the defendant was arrested. The next day, police were informed of the defendant's sexual misconduct with C.J.

In addition to the 48-month prison sentence, the defendant will be supervised by the Department of Corrections for one year after his release, be required to register as a sex offender, and complete psycho-sex treatment.
