Serial Robber Hit Two University Place Businesses

Detectives with the Pierce County Sheriff’s Department, the Tacoma Police Department, and the Puyallup Police Department need your help to identify the suspect responsible for up to twenty four armed robberies of gas stations, pizza and sandwich shops:

- Oct. 12, Subway sandwiches on Pacific Avenue South in Parkland.
- Oct. 17, Subway sandwiches on Pacific Avenue South in Spanaway.
- Oct. 30, Subway sandwiches on Meridian East in Puyallup.
- Oct. 31, Little Caesars pizza on Pacific Avenue South in Parkland.
- Nov. 5, Papa Murphy’s pizza on Canyon Road East in South Hill.
- Nov. 6, Little Caesars pizza on 72nd Street East in Tacoma.
- Nov. 8, Little Caesars pizza on Meridian East in Puyallup.
- Nov. 9, Subway sandwiches on Yakima Avenue in the City of Tacoma.
- Nov. 15, Subway sandwiches on S. Hosmer Street in the City of Tacoma.
- Nov. 16, Little Caesars pizza on South Meridian Street in the City of Puyallup.
- Nov. 17, Subway sandwiches on Pacific Avenue South in the City of Tacoma.
- Nov. 19, AM/PM convenience store on Portland Avenue East in Tacoma.
- Nov. 20, Papa Murphy’s pizza on Meridian East in Puyallup.
- Nov. 21, Little Caesars pizza on Orchard Street West in the City of University Place.
- Nov. 22, Little Caesars Pizza on South Sprague Avenue in the City of Tacoma.
- Nov. 25, Canyon Road Gas & Deli on Canyon Road East in Puyallup.
- Nov. 27, Chevron gas station on South Meridian Street in the City of Puyallup. *attempt*
- Nov. 27, The Pit Stop convenience store on South Hill Park Drive in the City of Puyallup.
- Nov. 28, Little Caesars pizza on South 38th Street in the City of Tacoma.
- Nov. 28, Shell gas station on South 38th Street in the City of Tacoma.
- Nov. 30, Subway sandwiches on Portland Avenue East in Tacoma.
- Dec. 1, Summit Chevron on Canyon Road East in South Hill.
- Dec. 4, Subway sandwiches on 72nd Street East in the City of Tacoma.
- Dec. 4, Subway sandwiches on Orchard Street West in the City of University Place.

From Oct. 12 to Dec. 4, the pictured suspect has robbed numerous Little Caesars Pizza, Papa Murphy’s pizza and Subway sandwich shops in Spanaway, Puyallup, Tacoma, South Hill, and University Place.

In all of the robberies the suspect enters the shop during evening hours, displays a handgun and demands cash.  The suspect takes the money and flees the store.

The suspect is described as a white male, 20 to 30 years old, with a slender build.  During the robberies he is usually wearing a hat and a hooded sweatshirt, which he uses to cover his face.
