But Saturday’s game was especially heated and resulted in a few altercations during the game, according to police reports. At the end of the game — a 36-26 loss for Tacoma — a fan allegedly exited the stands, walked onto the east end of the field near the 20-yard-line and fired “a single shot into the air from a unknown type of small-caliber handgun,” witnesses told police.
