PICTURE OF THE DAY: Someone Turned The 40th Street Roundabout Into A Large Bubble Bath

Apparently some jokesters thought it would be funny to soapy bubbles to the roundabout on 40th Street West.

Check out this picture snapped by Patch super-user and blogger, who drove by the roundabout on 40th Street West.

Haha, very funny, funny guys. Joke's on you - that roundabout needed a cleaning anyway.
