Running for re-election for Fire Commissioner PCFD # 3
What will be your top three priorities if you get elected and why?
To provide the present service cost effectively.
Pursue mergers with DuPont and Steilacoom
Push for more Federal Safer Grant Money to hire Fire Fighters.
What sets you apart from the other candidates and/or previous office holders?
As one of West Pierce Fire Commissioner, I have made myself available at public forums and community events for public input. Through educational offerings, I have made a concerted effort to keep informed of the changing regulatory environment.
In addition, I have kept in regular contact with the legislators and public representatives regarding the community and public at large for fire service needs
