There were 2 firetrucks blocking off traffic. One was parked at the intersection of 44th street & Bridgeport and the other was parked on 40th & Bridgeport. Traffic was detoured by the firetruck thru the jack-in-the-box parking lot and then a police car blocked off 40th street so traffic had to detour by driving in back of Captain Nemos Restaurant. Access to the bank was blocked off with yellow caution tape surrounding the perimeter of the bank with an unmarked police car in the back of the building.
