Sunset Beach, Day Island Get Flooded During Monday's High Tide
Patch user pics show water coming up onto land and flooding the neighborhood.

Some residents along Sunset Beach are having a bad day.
Several Patch users say high tide and strong winds have prompted water from Puget Sound to rise and flood parts of the University Place neighborhood.

Patch user Linda Bird sent us this picture of water engulfing an entire set of homes on Sunset Beach.
"I just shot of the flooding on Sunset Beach--the combination of a high tide and strong wind," she wrote.
