Charlie, 7, and Braden, 5, were killed by their father as they arrived for a supervised visit with him at his Graham home. Powell was a person of interest in the disappearance of his wife, Susan Powell, in Utah.
"It's disgusting that a murder suspect would be buried next to his victims," Pierce County Sheriff Paul Pastor said via Twitter.
The agency β located in University Place - is now accepting donations to help turn the plots surrounding Charlie and Braden into a memorial.
