Brrr. Rescues In Puget Sound Give First Responders Watery Scenarios

Thursday's day-long practice exercise drew personnel from nearly 20 federal, state and local emergency-services agencies together, including West Pierce Fire & Rescue. They shared life-saving techniques and honed their water-rescue skills.

Check out these photos from Thursday's first-responder exercise in Puget Sound.

Nearly 20 agencies participated in the exercise, including West Pierce Fire & Rescue, Gig Harbor Fire and Police.

Our photographer, Steve Fetbrandt, was at the scene to capture some of the images. View his photo gallery by clicking on the picture.
