In The Attic

Patch blogger writes that holiday decorations can spruce up your business and can certainly be a conversation piece where your customers feel comfortable.

Growing up in the north end of Tacoma, we lived in a home that was built in 1916 and had lots of attic space and boy, did my mom have the attic space full of holiday decorations. My mom always decorated our house for each holiday without fail. Being a child, it was my job to help with the decorating. Whether it was Christmas, Halloween, Easter or Presidents Day; my mom had tons of decorations. Decorated paper napkins, plastic Santa’s; scary pumpkins; Pilgrim candles; colorful Easter bunnies, you name it she had it.

What kind of decorations do you have in your place of business? Whimsical? Contemporary? Or blank walls with no color or pictures? Does your office look like an attic full of dust and items you no longer use? Or is it decorated where your products are appealing and your customers feel enticed to buy? Fresh flowers, decorative art, drapery and warm colors can spruce up your business and can certainly be a conversation piece where your customers feel comfortable and enticing them to ask about when they come into your place of business.

Marketing your business can be created in many forms. Clever marketing is evident and will keep your customers coming back and telling their friends about you.
