Maneuvers Around Puget Sound?
Patch' blogger spots an interesting sight and asks you, the user, could they be some sort of rescue training.
Around 1 p.m., I saw a helicopter flashing codes near Anderson Island and six small boats full of people moving very fast from the north headed toward the same place where I had seen the copter-that was now gone.
The boats are all in a particular area and slowly moving north again but in circles and the copter is back. My binoculars are not good enough for the distance. My camera is no help either as it doesnt take good distance shots, but I downloaded what I could, although it's difficult to see for sure what is going on.
Can anyone tell me what is going on? Are they some kind of rescue manuevers?
