City of UP Clean it UP!

I have lived in the Briarview apartments on 35th Ave St Ct W for a few years now and have seen a steady decline in the UP City owned abandoned apartments up on Bridgeport located on the same land.  We the apartment dwellers have continually called the police when we see suspicious looking activity, but nothing seems to change for the better.  We've have seen many drug deals go down, there was arson in it over the summer and someone was taken to the hospital, and we are having more and more theft in the apartment complex that I live in.  
This is not just affecting the people who live in these apartments, it affects the entire neighborhood.  We need to get rid of easy places that drug dealers can do their business.  What good does it do for us to call the police for this activity if the owners are not held accountable?  City of UP, you need to demolish this mess or clean it up and use it before it becomes a worse problem!  
Not only is this an eye sore, it is dangerous for all who live here.
