Latitude 47 building to be constructed on Lot 10
Latitude 47 to be built on Lot 10, south of Civic building.
It was announced in City of UP Headlines (Vol 12, Issue 3) that Latitude 47 will be constructed by SEB south of the Civic building on Lot 10. Will include another 100 residential units and 20,000 square feet of commercial space, and the parking garage. Earlier this year, the Council established a tax incentive for this parcel.
