Rich will discuss the preparation, tasting, history and technique of Green Tea Processing in this overview presentation.
Rich Elgin is a certified Tea Sommelier and has completed the intensive Tea Training courses provided by the United States Tea Association. In addition, Rich has traveled to visit Tea farms and Tea Estates in Eastern Nepal near Darjeeling India, and throughout the historical birthplace of tea in Yunnan Provence of China and attended the International Tea Convention in May of 2013 in Pu'er, China.
