Attend Tuesday, January 1st kick off meeting with Amy - 12-1pm at the University Place Studio.
Commit to your yoga and meditation practice for 30 days. You do not need to attend studio classes every day to participate, unless you are choosing the “über challenge” option (below). Home practice also counts!
Attend Sunday evening check-ins (6-7pm) at the North Tacoma Studio.

•Gain self-confidence, well-being, integrity, and a fulfilled yoga and meditation practice. Participants in our summer 30 Day Challenge reported feeling stronger in their yoga practice, more peace in their daily lives, a unique and a rich sense of community with the other challengers.
•Weekly gatherings (Sundays, 6-7pm at North Tacoma Studio) led by Amy as an opportunity for check-in, support, and meditation instruction.
