Dementia Caregiver Workshop Coming To University Place Library

Caregivers of persons with dementia will learn how to improve quality of life, for themselves and their loved ones, by decreasing anxiety, fear and frustration.

People who care for loved ones with dementia will learn valuable information during free events at Pierce County Library System in August.

Caregivers of persons with dementia will learn how to improve quality of life, for themselves and their loved ones, by decreasing anxiety, fear and frustration. Experts in the field will help caregivers determine a plan based on the type and stage of the disease. Participants will view a brief video of an artist whose vision opens understanding of dementia.

The University Place Pierce County Library is located at 3609 Market Place W., Suite 100.
