Harbor Greens in University Place Preps For Early March Opening

The owners say they'll be bringing about 30 jobs to University Place. They plan to start accepting applications on-site beginning Feb. 1.

University Place has been asking the same thing for about three months: When will Harbor Greens open?

Patch contacted the owners themselves - Chad Roy and Scott Teodoro.

Both said they're planning on opening the first week of March, although they didn't specify a day.

As far as jobs, Roy and Teodoro said they're coming. About 30 of them. They are in the process of hiring, and they plan to begin accepting applications on-site beginning Feb. 1, Roy says.

The former site of a  Harbor Greens' building near the corner of 27th Street and Bridgeport Way West is undergoing a facelift. This month, passers-by might have caught new signage, although onlookers can't tell what's exactly taking place inside.
