Coming This Summer: Restaurant At Narrows Marina
The restaurant is expected to open in July.
Looks like a University Place will get a nearby waterfront dining option come this summer.
The News Tribune's Sue Kidd reports that a restaurant called Boathouse 19 will open at Narrows Marina this summer. She described it casual restaurant that's "friendly to drop-in boaters":
Think burgers and sandwiches with upscale leanings and fun regional spins. For boaters, there will be moorage and a nearby fueling station. The decor will be rustic and outfitted with wood, with a boathouse feel. Wood will be milled from old pickling barrels that were used at the former Nalley plant.
