So, how did this unique program get started?

“We wanted  to offer this program as a way for folks to try it out to see how they like it,” said Jesse Ewell, manager of Innovative Fitness.

Apparently, a lot of folks like it. According to Ewell, there are typically 40 to 50 participants at a session.

However, being outdoors could offer its challenges. Like our weather. Eventually, this amazing and sunny weather is bound to come to an end. So what then? Ewell remains optimistic.

“We are going to keep coming here as long as the weather holds out. After that, we’ll find somewhere close to have it inside.” Problem solved.
