Alchemy Indoor Skate Park & Education Center (AISPEC)
Community Service and Engagement:
It is a core belief of AISPEC that service and community engagement are often responsible for cultivating positive self-image, community cohesion, and a deeper understanding of ourselves and others. Therefore this organization intends to encourage its members to engage in community service and activities by offering use of the indoor skate park as an incentive for such behavior. In doing so, AISPEC hopes to promote within its members an appreciation for giving-back, respect for the community, and perceptions of acceptance, tolerance, and empowerment. Additionally, AISPEC recognizes that volunteers are integral to the mission of this organization, and will provide the foundation for its continued growth. Therefore AISPEC intends to encourage non-members to engage in community service by providing to them diverse volunteer opportunities. Such opportunities include tutoring, instruction, mentorship, cleaning, administrative support, and more. Because of the variety of volunteer opportunities, any and all skills have applications and value for AISPEC.
