Rockin' the Orchard

Audentia, a band based out of Federal Way, is the champion of the 2013 Battle in the Orchard. The four-piece band was one of three finalists selected to perform in the Battle out of the initial talent round. The other two were Livey Beha of Tacoma and Harvest States of Yelm.

The bands were judged on eight criteria, including musical capabilities, professionalism and creativity. All entries were between the ages of 13 and 21. Audentia won the opportunity to play a 15-20 minute set at the University Place Festival, and all three bands won a Starbucks gift basket, courtesy of Peace Out. 2011 Battle winners The Whoopee Cats performed as special guests.
