The junior high students will perform at 6:30 followed by the senior high concert at 8:00. Alison Woods, mother of acclaimed Curtis High School musician Caitlyn Fukai says this year-end concert is "always amazing."
"I started hearing some of these kids in 4th grade at their very first strings concert at Sunset Elementary," Woods said. "To hear them now, as mature young adults who made a choice to continue to play all through high school, is a treat." She appreciates the wonderful music teachers in the UP school district and also the support from the community.
