SHARE: Photos, Videos From University Place's Tree Lighting

Post your photos from Saturday's annual tree lighting event at the University Place Civic Building.

Check out the video in the media gallery from the City of University Place, which is holding its annual Christmas Tree Lighting on Saturday at the Civic Building, where the University Place Library is located.

Here's a schedule of events:

  • 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.: Santa Paws Pet Photos at Windmill Village
  • 11:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.: Silent Auction, Hot dogs/brats/drinks/snacks
  • 12:30 - 6:30 p.m.: Get Local Winterfest
  • 1 - 3 p.m.: Duck the Halls Caroling
  • 2 - 4 p.m.: Ginger Bread House Activity, U.P. Library
  • 3 p.m.: Santa arrives by fire truck!
  • 3 - 6 p.m.: Kids Santa Photos. Activities & treats, "Christmas Train" rides - sponsored by Columbia Bank Bounce House
  • 3:30 - 5:30 p.m.: Holiday School Concerts, Stage sponsored by All Pro Carpet & Furniture Cleaning
  • 6 p.m.: Christmas Tree Lighting, Sponsored by Sterino Farms & Silent Lights
