The snow's was again falling hard around 2:30 p.m., but it stopped and the sun emerged 15 minutes later.
It was starting to come down hard again, then it stopped.
Talk about unpredictable weather.

The good news:Â kids are out of school because of early dismissal, and the city says its roads are fine, for the most part.
