Kiwanis to Take Over Moctezuma's Mexican Restaurant

Fundraising event Tuesday to bring in money for the organization's projects in and around the city.

It's enchiladas and fajitas for a cause.

The Kiwanis of University Place will hold a fundraising event at Moctezuma's from 6-10 p.m. Tuesday. The Mexican restaurant is located at 4102 South 56th Street in Tacoma. Kiwanis will receive a percentage of sales during that time to help in its numerous projects in and around University Place, including the Terrific Kid Program.

Those interested in partaking should tell their server that night that they are dining to support Kiwanis. There will also be a flyer at the host stand to leave on your table.
