Springtime is in the air, and the wonderful thing about house-hunting during this season is the blooming gardens.

This weekend, University Place and Gig Harbor have several new open houses and a few repeats. We’ve picked the new ones and listed them here, but you may want to take another look at that house that was on your "maybe" list.

Blooming flowers brighten a yard and may even add more appeal to a house you passed up, and you’ll have plenty of chances to view these houses and some new ones.
