Individual/Group/Team Baseball Instruction

Individual, group and team baseball skills and drills instruction/lessons in University Place. AT Baseball focuses on building a solid foundation of baseball mechanics to give each individual player and coach the best chance to develop and pursue their dreams. I work to develop coaches and parents as well in order to best help the young players make positive adjustments. Family involvement is extremely important in player development. We are not just developing baseball players, we want to develop quality, strong minded and diciplined young people who will positively contribute as members of our society.

Aaron Trolia is from University Place, WA, graduated from Curtis High School in 2000 and WSU. Aaron has been playing professional baseball since 2004 starting with the Seattle Mariners organization.

Aaron brings in other professional baseball players such as John Otness (Boston/LA/Texas/Florida) Michael Garciaparra (Seattle/Houston/Brewers) and Tyler Best (Oakland A's) for camps/clinics. Aaron, John, Michael and Tyler own and operate their own baseball instruction businesses. Aaron, John and Tyler all grew up in UP/Tacoma/Fircrest, played youth - high school baseball together as well as each of us pursuing their own pro careers. We love to teach and instruct young players as much as we love to play!

We focus on the health and longevity of every player by providing the correct mechanics and laying the groundwork to build upon as the player matures both physically and mentally. Age/skill level appropriate skills and drills and players progress at their own pace. We create a loose, relaxed and fun enviornment that allows each player to feel comfortable enough to make mistakes, learn from those mistakes and be able to make an adjustment in the future. In order to progress as a baseball player and a young person we must feel comfortable enough with the instructors/role models to try new things and not be afraid of failure.

In season and off season team/group training  (skills/drills/speed and agility/conditioning training) available.
