As we grow older into wise "elders," we begin to realize that drinking does not have to be associated with college parties and red plastic cups. Some beverages are perfectly, perfect to sip and appreciate as an experience of the senses, accompanied by good conversation with friends.

Wine is a great example. You wine-lovers know it's true. But simply drinking wine is not what is key at Pour At Four. Food pairings that go with the wine, that is what I am talking about.

Pour at Four features a lovely menu with tasty artisan cheese selections and appetizers that will make your mouth water (I highly recommend the spiced lamb sliders served with a blackberry sage chutney, yum).

All of their entrees include quality ingredients, artfully crafted with care. With dishes like the tenderloin pork chop, topped with apple butter and served with bourbon sweet potatoes, one can indulge without the heavy price you'd expect.

And naturally they have a dynamite wine selection for all preferences and often feature complimentary throughout the month for those feeling adventurous.
