Annie Wright Schools Class of '14 Athlete Megan Absten Selected for US Paralympic Team

Annie Wright Schools senior athlete Megan Absten has been selected to compete for the her country in the 2013 World Paralympic Games. Megan competed at the US Paralympics National Championship in June, earning Silver medals for the 100m and 200m. Based on her success, she was selected to be on Team USA at the 2013 International Paralympic Committee Athletics World Championships in Lyon, France. The opening ceremony is today with events over the next two weeks.
